Stakeholder engagement
We believe in the power of the collective. Working with stakeholders, our goals are to understand challenges, resolve issues and make key decisions that will drive the delivery of the project. Workshop sessions we conduct vary depending on the complexity of the project. Sessions are either stakeholder focused or look to define user groups, documenting their requirements and experience at every touchpoint.

Workshop facilitation
We can tailor workshops to develop your team’s understanding in a particular discipline of digital marketing and strategy. We conduct single workshops and extended programs in digital production, digital strategy, social media and user experience.

Statistical analysis
Statistical analysis enables us to understand how effective your communication channels are, how well they are performing against business objectives, and that they are targeting the intended audience. We use insights from our research to validate the learnings from workshop sessions and identify gaps and opportunities. At this point we create a Measurement Evaluation Framework with benchmarks to monitor the ongoing performance of each channel.

User research
We have developed a toolkit to engage with your existing audience and understand the relevance and sentiment towards existing communications. With insights from your customers and users, we can cite pain points as well as wins in the customer experience. As a result, we create key personas – as representatives of broader customer groups and as reference points for any communication pieces, tailored to the end user.

Competitor analysis
Through competitor analysis we are able to review your position in the marketplace. We assess your competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, in order to spot opportunities. Analysis is conducted through a review process of statistical analysis and evaluation of competitor marketing channels.

Digital strategy

We lead with digital – we believe it is at the heart of all communications. The Digital strategy outlines your overarching communications strategy. It is unique to you, as it is informed by the data gathered from analysis, stakeholders, and your overarching business strategy. The strategy covers all owned channels and details their purpose specific to your customer life cycle. The plan defines actions (short to medium to long term), milestones and budget allocations, and it assigns stakeholder roles.

Design Sprints
We are the APAC partner for the Design Sprint Academy. As part of the Design Sprint Academy we are part of a global network of innovators and product strategists. We provide Design Sprint facilitation, corporate training and public workshops.

We have adopted Design Sprint Academy’s, Design Sprint 3.0 methodology to help organisations get build successful outcomes and kickstart the adoption of innovation processes in their working culture. We are able to deliver this with teams locally, or have a series of tools where we can help facilitate and coordinate remotely. 

The purpose of a Design Sprint is help align a team around a real (or sometimes hypothetical) business problem. It takes a team through a structured and repeatable process with the mutual goal of discovering a solution. By its nature it forces a team to focus on the customer. The results of which can lead to a more success launching relevant products and services to market.

Innovation Accelerator Program 
Extending the Design Sprint program we have developed a longer term program that serves as a corporate accelerator for organisations. This program is for organisations that are looking to make bold leaps in new markets. 

Our structured process guides a team through the following stages of Discovery, Exploration, Definition, Validation. The program is designed to risk and enable innovation. The outcome of this program will provide a market validated product or service that is ready to be incorporated into an organisation’s wider business strategy. Tangible outputs include a new business model, working prototype and launch strategy.

Consultation
If Digital Strategy is the macro, User Experience is the micro. Our intent is to ensure your projects are built towards achieving your business objectives without compromising the needs of your audience. Our consultation involves assessing existing systems, as well as the development of new products. We lead the early stages of a project and create Definition Plans to communicate specifications to all stakeholders.

Information architecture (IA)
IA involves the mapping or remapping of a system to ensure information is presented and structured in a logical format. This forms part of your Definition Plan, providing guidelines for the user interface through to the categorisation of content, information flows and visual hierarchies.  

Prototyping
We build prototypes as early as possible, to get your stakeholder buy-in. The purpose is to communicate efficiently how your product or a component will function and feel. Prototypes –  paper-based, static wireframes (lo/hi-fi), or interactive – successfully convey abstract ideas to stakeholders and usability testing teams.

Optimisation plans
Once a product is launched or a strategy put into action, we conduct A/B and multivariate testing to maximise performance. We can iterate on the run to learn and respond to customer behaviour. We view digital assets as living objects – they should constantly grow and evolve to better serve your audience.
